Author Talk: Joy Riggs Online
Local author Joy Riggs will discuss her nonfiction book Crackerjack Bands and Hometown Boosters: The Story of a Minnesota Music Man. Joy will talk about the life and times of her great grandfather G. Oliver Riggs, a community band leader in greater Minnesota at the turn of the century. Join us as she shares this Minnesota story and her writing process.
