Then, at 6:20 p.m., learn how to make Papel Picado, a Mexican folk art and decorative craft made by cutting elaborate designs into tissue paper. Finally, speaker Rodolfo Gutierrez will present History of the Day of the Dead at 7 p.m. in the Bunday Room:
