Friend of the Library Puzzle Playoff at the Weitz Center


On Saturday, March 23rd from 10am-1pm the Friends of the Northfield Public Library will host our first annual Puzzle Playoff, a jigsaw puzzle competition for kids and adults at the Weitz Center for Creativity that is designed to be a fun community event while raising money for the Friends and our Public Library. Teams of up to four will simultaneously work to complete the same jigsaw puzzle in the shortest amount of time. We will organize teams into two tiers - one for kids 12 years or younger working on a 200 piece puzzle and one for everyone 13 years old or older working on a 500 piece puzzle.

The winning team in each tier will receive a group of prizes donated by area businesses and Friends. Content Bookstore will be providing the puzzles, which can be taken home by all the competing teams after the competition. Entry fees listed below, donations will are very much appreciated and will all go to the Friends of the Northfield Public Library. Snacks and light refreshments will be available.

Adult Teams: $25

Youth Teams(12 and under): $15
