Discover Minnesota State Parks In-Person
Did you know that Minnesota has 64 State Parks? Join State Park Naturalist Andy Wendt to discover some of the different things you can do on a visit to these special places. You will also have a chance to learn more about our closest park, Nerstrand Big Woods State Park, and how the library can play a role in your visit.
Andy Wendt is an interpretive naturalist with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. He currently works out of Nerstrand Big Woods State Park but has also spent part of his 14-year career at Interstate and Forestville Mystery Cave State Parks
