Author Talk: Brenda K. Massman

Author Talk: Brenda K. Massman In-Person

Join Brenda K. Massman, author of Yet, Here We Are on Tuesday, September 10th at 6:30 p.m. for a reading, Q&A, and signing!

Set in mid-century America, Yet, Here We Are explores one woman’s struggle between love and commitment, and another’s search for resolution behind a quest for control within a community of nonconformists, leaving readers to rethink the ways in which history, happenstance, and choice shape our lives.

Brenda K. Massman grew up in the charming "driftless" community of Decorah, IA, and earned her BA in English from the University of Illinois. She worked for several years as an award-winning magazine writer & editor before penning her first novel, Yet, Here We Are. Brenda now resides in Northfield with her husband, Theodore. She continues to write novels with a mid-century flair and an emphasis on female protagonists and environmental issues of the time.
